Client in Orange County, North Justice Center charged with a second time DUI and offered jail time. Mr. Vargas took the case to a Jury Trial. The Jury deadlocked and the case was dismissed.



Client arrested for Domestic Violence and scheduled for Court in Orange County, Harbor Justice Center Newport Beach. After an extensive investigation and meeting with the District Attorney, Mr. Vargas was able to convince the District Attorney's Office to reject the case and not file charges.



Client in Orange County, Harbor Justice Center, arrested for Possession for sale of half pound of Mushrooms. Convinced the District Attorney to reduce the charges to simple possession and offer the Client no jail, PC 1000 and a full dismissal upon completion.



Client in Orange County, West Justice Center charged with DUI and felony possession of a controlled substance. Convinced the District Attorney to dismiss the DUI up front, and give the client Prop 36 and a full dismissal for the felony drug charge.



Client was alleged to be involved in a lengthy high speed pursuit that started in Los Angeles and ended in Orange County. The event was televised live on TV. Over the District Attorney's objection, Mr. Vargas convinced the Judge to allow the Client to go to rehab rather than send him to prison.



Client charged with DUI with a prior out of Harbor Justice Center, in Orange County. District Attorney originally offered the client 90 days in jail. Mr. Vargas fought hard for over a year to get the case dismissed. He answered ready for trial and the District Attorney's office dismissed the case on the day of trial.
